Overlays
An overlay adds information to documents that are already in the system. Field overlays match on the file path the producing party used; association overlays match on document ID and group documents that belong together. Nothing is written until you have seen how well the file matched.
1. Choose the overlay
Excel (.xlsx) or CSV. The first row must be a header.

2. Say what the columns mean
The key column is not guessed. Matching on the wrong column would produce a report that looks plausible and is wrong.

3. How well it matched
Usually a path prefix that differs from what was ingested. These rows are skipped, they are never applied to a guessed document.
